KULOB, April 16, Asia-Plus – Over the first three months of the year, Kulob mayor’s office has considered 580 applications and complaints, an official with the department for applications of the Kulob mayor’s office said.  

According to him, 218 of them have concerned issues related to allotting lands for housing and renting lands for producing agricultural goods.  “Thirty-four residents have applied for land for launching dehqan farms,” the source said, noting that 19 of those applications have already been solved positively.   

“Some 26 vulnerable families have applied for financial aid over the report period,” said the source, “In January-March, the Kulob mayor has received 106 residents of the city and the district of Kulob.
