DUSHANBE, May 26, Asia-Plus — Olga Syubayeva, chairperson of Exhibition-Fair Movement of Russia’s Regions has visited Tajikistan to familiarize herself with range of goods and prices in Dushanbe. 

According to Tajikistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industries (CCI), the main purpose of this fact-fining trip was for Olga Syubayeva, who is also top manager of Russia’s limited liability company Almagest, to determine what goods are much in demand on Tajik market.  

During her stay in Dushanbe, she held talks with Tajik CCI head Sharif Saidov to discuss holding of the exhibition-fair entitled “The Best Goods from Russian Regions” in Dushanbe.   

The two agreed that the exhibition would be held at the Kokhi Borbad State Complex in Dushanbe on October 24-31.  Russian companies will put on display their achievements in machinery construction, production of building materials, home appliances, as well as food and light industries at the fair in Dushanbe.  

A forum of Tajik and Russian entrepreneurs and roundtable meetings are supposed to be held on sidelines of the exhibition.
