CORRECTION: The July 9 “Asia-Plus Blitz” item titled “Some 50,000 Tajiks freed from bondage in 2002-2007” should have noted that 50,000 Tajik labor migrants have been deported from the Russian Federation over the past five years and 92 Tajik nationals have been freed from jails in Dubai.
