DUSHANBE, October 24, Asia-Plus  — Days of the Russian Language will be held in Dushanbe and Qurghon Teppa from October 25 to October 27, Asia-plus has learned at the Russian Embassy in Dushanbe.  

Teachers with schools and higher educational institutions of Tajikistan and Russia will take part in the event, which was initiated by the Center for International Education at Moscow State University and Russian-Tajik Slavic University (RTSU) in Dushanbe.   .

A scientific conference on the Russian language will be held in Dushanbe.  The Russian language in Central Asia, Russian philology in Tajikistan and Russian-language media in Tajikistan’s information space will be focus of the conference.  

Besides, an exhibition of workbooks on the Russian language and new learning aids will be held in the Tajik capital on sidelines of the event.  

A roundtable meeting formally titled “Topical Problems of Teaching of the Russian Language and Literature” will be held at Qurghon Teppa State University.
