KHUJAND, October 30, Asia-Plus — A board of the organization of the Democratic Party (DPT) for Sughd has reversed its decision on relieving Jumaboy Niyozov of his post of head of the DPT organization for Sughd, Fayzullo Fayziyev, the head of the DPT organization for Khujand also member of the board of the DPT organization for Sughd, announced at a news conference in Khujand on October 30.
“An extraordinary meeting of the board that was held on October 27 with participation with the DPT leaders Rahmatullo Valiyev and Hojimuhammad Umarov revoked its previous decision on relieving Jumaboy Niyozov of his post of head of the DPT organization for Sughd and electing Abdujabbor Yuldoshev as its new head,” said Fayziyev, “A final decision will be taken at the extraordinary congress of the party scheduled for December 15 this year.”
