DUSHANBE, November 15, Asia-Plus  — A suspicious box has been revealed at the bus stop in the center of Dushanbe, not far from the presidential palace.

A source at the Ministry of Interior (MoI) said that after they received report about the suspicious box police cordoned off the area and suppers were sent to the site to check the box.  The source refrained from giving further details

We will recall that the explosion occurred in the rear yard of the Kokhi Vahdat State Complex yesterday morning, at around 8:10 a.m.  The blast was quite powerful that it blew out the windows of Kokhi Vahdat complex.

The source at the Ministry of Interior told Asia-Plus that the explosion had occurred when the Kokhi Vahdat guard picked up a plastic bag outside the Kokhi Vahdat.  The guard was killed by the explosion.  Tajik authorities said that the explosion was a terrorist act and the country’s law enforcement agencies have launched an investigation under a corresponding article of the Criminal Code.
