DUSHANBE, May 3, Asia-Plus  — The ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDPT) is conducting a seminar today on ways of implementation of an April 25 president’s address to parliament, Asia-Plus has learned at the PDPT central executive committee.  

The Seminar is expected to bring together representatives of all regional organizations of the party as well as media totaling 300 people.  

The seminar participants are supposed to share experiences of work and consider issues related to expanding relations among the party organizations across the country and arranging concerted work of them.    

The People’s Democratic Party is currently the biggest political party in Tajikistan.  Its chairman is President Emomali Rahmon.  The party controls some 80 percent of seats in parliament.  

PDPT was founded in 1993 and reregistered the same year.  An official newspaper of the party is
