Speaking in an interview with Asia-Plus, the Nakoukor head Bahodur Hoitov noted that the project, supported by the UNDP CO Tajikistan, also covered the Kuhistoni Mastchoh district in the Sughd province.

“We have already conducted basic survey in the majority of jamoats under the subprograms Violence and Gender Problems in Society and Family Relations in Terms of Gender Perspectives,” Hoitov said, noting that they have been supported by local jamoat support centers that had been set up with assistance of both international organizations and local NGOs.

According to him, after local training and seminars, a series of study tours across the country will be organized for female activists involved in implementation of the project.
