(Courier of Tajikistan) among heads of Tajikistan’s media, President Emomali Rahmon is named the best Tajik politician of 2008.

38 editors of newspapers, magazines, news agencies, as well as TV and radio stations have been surveyed, and 33 of them have recognized President Rahmon as the best Tajik politician of this year.

Iranian Ambassador to Tajikistan Ali-Asghar Sherdoust has been recognized as the most active foreign diplomat working in Tajikistan.

Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan Sharif Rahimzoda has been recognized as the best Tajik banker.

Director General  of the Babilon-M Company Behzod Fayzulloyev has been recognized as the best Tajik entrepreneur of this year.

Editor-in-chief of the Dushanbe weekly Charkhi Gardoun Akbarali Sattorov has been recognized as the best Tajik journalist of 2008.
