DUSHANBE, May 15, 2009, Asia-Plus  — Iran’s Vice-President also Head of the National Youth Organization of Iran Mohammad Javad Haji Ali Akbari is expected to arrive in Tajikistan on May 17 for a three-day visit, according to the Iranian Embassy in Dushanbe.

The main purpose of the visit is for Mohammad Javad Haji Ali Akbari to discus with high-ranking Tajik state officials issues related to establishment of cooperation between Iran and Tajikistan in the field of youth policy

During his stay in Dushanbe, Iranian vice-president is scheduled to hold talks with President Emomali Rahmon, Deputy Prime Minister Ruqiya Qurbonova, and Chairman of the Committee for Youth, Sports and Tourism Affairs Maliksh Nematov.  Mohammad Javad Haji Ali Akbari is also expected to hold meeting with Deputy Chairman of Tajikistan’ Youth League Rustam Emomali.

Iran’s vice president is also scheduled to visit the city of Khujand, where he will attend wedding ceremonies for 50 couples there.
