DUSHANBE, December 8, 2009, Asia-Plus  — Employees of the Tajik Embassy in Turkey have given up their one-day’s wages to help construction of the Roghun hydroelectric power plant (HPP), Ms, Nigina Soliboyeva of the Tajik Embassy in Ankara said in an interview with Asia-Plus.

According to her, the funds collected by the embassy employees were transferred to a special bank account of the Roghun HPP on December 4.  She added that the embassy employees had also expressed wish to buy shares in Roghun.
