, December 22, 2009, Asia-Plus  — Employees of the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT) have decided to give up their monthly wages to help construction of the Roghun hydroelectric power plant (HPP), according to the NBT press service.






An enlarged meeting of the NBT staff on this subject was held on December 21.

 

The central bank’s employees also expressed readiness to buy hares in Roghun that will be made available for trading on the country”s stock market in 2010, the press service said.
