Girpogor is designing Dushanbe’s redevelopment plan.

Speaking at the meeting, Igor Bukharin, an engineer-in-chief for reviewing the municipal redevelopment plan for Dushanbe, noted that Giprogor has designed more than 800 municipal redevelopment plans so far, including the first redevelopment plan for the Tajik capital.

Bukharin asked heads of relevant municipal services of Dushanbe to submit raw data to Giprogor as soon as possible.  According to him, updating the Dushanbe redevelopment plan, which was adopted in 1983, will come to 414,000 U.S. dollars.

We will recall that international tender for updating the Dushanbe redevelopment plan was held in June 2009 and Moscow OJSC Girprogor was granted the contract to review the redevelopment plan.
