DUSHANBE, January 22, 2010, Asia-Plus  — Tajik Youth Dramatic Theatre named after Mahmoudjon Vohidov will participate in an International Festival of Professional Theatres, Daheye Fajr, which will take place in Tehran from January 26-31 this year, Asia-plus has learned from Ziyoboy Toshev, deputy director of the theatre.

According to him, they will show performance staged by Sulton Usmonov, The Day Lasts More than a Hundred Years.

“The performance is a kind of theatrical thoughts based on works by internationally known writer Chingiz Aytmaotv,” Toshev said, noting that the performance already won five awards in the International Festival of Professional Theatres, Art-Ordo, which was held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan in 2008.

It will be the third trip of Tajik Youth Dramatic Theatre to Iran.
