Samiev tries to return privatized objects with General prosecutors’ help

KURGAN-TUBE, August 16, 2010, Asia-Plus – Mayor of Kurgan-Tube Sharifkhon Samiev intends to return privatized enterprises through General Prosecutor.

According to city mayor’s office, S.Samiev has addressed to General Prosecutor, Sherkhon Salimzoda and to Chairman of Khatlon region Gaibullo Avzalov request to assist in returning of number privatized enterprises and organizations, which have hot functioning for 10 years back to balance of mayors’ office.

«We kindly ask you to render assistance in returning of standing privatized objects to release the place for building of many-storied apartment houses. For many years there were not conducted construction of apartment houses in the town, and more than 90 % of requests in the mayor’s office are just connected with housing problems», – has said Samiev in his appeal.

Besides, he asks to check the process of earths transfer on balance of Kurgan -Tube from the land fund of Bokhtar and Vakhsh districts.

In reply of General prosecutor of country it is underlined that employees of public prosecutor”s office will check up conditions of agreements on purchase and sale of objects and if any infringements a will be find out, measures will be taken.
