DUSHANBE, September 23, 2010, Asia-Plus – Turkmen President on September 22 extended condolences to President Emomali Rahmon over deadly attack on a convoy of Tajikistan’s Defense Ministry in Rasht district on September 19, Turkmen news agency, Turkmenistan: The Golden Age, reports.

We will recall that 23 government troops were killed and at least 15 others were wounded on September 19 as the defense ministry’s convoy came under grenade attack in Kamarob Gorge in Rasht district.  The death toll was raised to 25 on September 21.
