Tajik authorities to take care of migrants deported from Russia

DUSHANBE, November 17, 2011, Asia-Plus  — The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection has set up reintegration centers for labor migrants in the cities of Dushanbe, Khujand and Qurghon Teppa.

According to the Agency for Social Protection of the Population, Employment and Migration, the centers will help labor migrants deported from Russian find jobs.  The centers will organize vocational training centers for them and will help them get small loans to start their own businesses, the source said.

To provide returning labor migrants with jobs inside the country the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection has launched the website www.kor.tj.
