DUSHANBE, June 5, 2013 Asia-Plus — Tajik Deputy Foreign Minister, Nizomiddin Zohidov, yesterday received Ukrainian Ambassador to Tajikistan, Viktor Nikityuk, according to the Tajik MFA information department.

In the course of the talks, Nikityuk noted that the First International Business Conference “ABC: Ukraine & Partners” would take place in Kyiv from June 13-14 and handed over to him invitations for Tajik officials to attend the event.

According to Ukrainian media sources, Ukrainian Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov, other members of the Ukrainian Government, foreign officials, famous politicians and diplomats, representatives of business, investment, financial, banking, industrial institutions and associations, academics and media will attend the conference.

Zohidov and Nikityuk reportedly expressed satisfaction with the current level of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Ukraine and also discussed issues related to the forthcoming visit of the OSCE’s Chairperson-in-Office and Minister of Foreign Affairs Leonid Kozhara to Tajikistan, the Tajik MFA information department said.
