DUSHANBE, December 29, 2013, Asia-Plus – On Saturday December 28, President Emomali Rahmon singed a number of laws adopted by the Majlisi Namoyandagon (Tajikistan’s lower chamber of parliament) and seconded by the Majlisi Milli (Tajikistan’s upper house of parliament) this year.

According to the Tajik president’s official website, among them are laws on the preschool education and the fight against organized crime as well as laws requiring amendments to the country’s laws on energy, natural resources, precious metals, tourism, public health, state social insurance, and science, as well as penal, customs and tax codes.
