DUSHANBE, December 31, 2013, Asia-Plus – President Emomali Rahmon has ordered to provide financial assistance to families of Tajik nationals that were affected by a terrorist act that occurred in the Russian city of Volgograd on December 29.
According to the Tajik president’s official website, this issue was discussed at the government session that took place on December 30.
The head of state also ordered to ensure thorough investigation into the brutal killing of Tajik national Shojon Rahmatshoyev that was committed in Moscow on December 26.
The meeting reportedly discussed a number of personnel issues and endorsed the plan of work of the government designed for the first half-year of 2014.
The meeting participants also discussed and approved a draft law on state support for entrepreneurship and draft laws requiring amendments to the country’s laws on combating corruption, education, trade and domestic service, and environmental monitoring.
