DUSHANBE, February 5, 2014, Asia-Plus – The 16th international tourism and souvenirs exhibition, Tajikistan 2014, will take place at the Kokhi Borbad State Complex in Dushanbe from March 4-8.

This issue was discussed here on February 4 at a meeting of Mr. Sharif Said, Chairman of Tajikistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), with Mr. Mohammad Imrani, top manager of Iranian exhibition company, Rah-e Roshd-e Asiya.

CCI head, in particular, noted that the event was of significant importance for representatives of tourism industry.

“Each of countries will have an opportunity to put on display its achievements in tourism and relevant industries, tourist itineraries and traditions at the fair,” Sharif Said noted.

For his part, Mr. Imrani noted that both Tajik and foreign tourism operators as well as distributors of gift and promotional products, high-quality dishes, cosmetics, jewelry, handicraft products, fashion accessories, and exclusive gifts would participate at the fair.
