DUSHANBE, November 30, 2014, Asia-Plus – Resident of the Roudaki district has reportedly been detained with a large amount of heroin in Dushanbe.
The Interior Ministry’s website reports Mustafo Aloyev, 43, was detained in Dushanbe on November 28 on suspicion of drug trafficking.
A package of narcotic drug tested positive to heroin weighing 9.520 kilograms was confiscated from him.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted against the alleged drug peddler under the provisions of Article 200 (4) of Tajikistan’s Penal Code; an investigation is under way.
