DUSHANBE, January 4, 215, Asia-Plus – On January 2, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon signed a number of laws passed by the Majlisi Namoyandagon (Tajikistan’s lower chamber of parliament) and seconded by the Majlisi Milli (Tajikistan’s upper chamber of parliament).

The president, in particular, signed the laws on export control and diplomatic service as well as changes and addenda made to the country’s laws on the permitting system and copyright and the civilian procedure code.

All laws signed by the president take effect after being published in official newspapers.
