DUSHANBE, April 29, 2015, Asia-Plus – With the concurrence of President Emomali Rahmon Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev has replaced his deputies.
Ms. Jamila Langariyeva, the sister of one of major Popular Front commanders Langari Langariyev, was appointed Deputy Mayor of Dushanbe, replacing Ms. Ruqiya Qurbonova, who was retired for age reasons.
Nasrullo Khairulloyev was relieved of his post o First Deputy Mayor of Dushanbe in connection with transfer to other job.
He was replaced with Ashourbek Rasoulov, member of the Majlisi Namoyandagon (Tajikistan’s lower house of parliament) of the previous convocation.
Burhon Nazarov and Jamshed Mansourov were also relieved of their posts of deputy mayors and were replaced with Shakarbek Samadov, member of the Majlisi Namoyandagon (Tajikistan’s lower house of parliament) of the previous convocation, and Shuhrat Maqsoudova, formerly head of the Department for Strategic Planning and Reforms at President’s Executive Office.
