of August held an expanded meeting with participation of heads of city districts, heads of enterprises and organizations of the city, members of the public, law enforcement officials, where they discussed the issues of preparation to the forthcoming celebration of the 25

anniversary of the state independence of Tajikistan.

The mayor of Dushanbe congratulated the activists of the city with the outstanding achievement of the hammer thrower Dilshod Nazarov, who won the gold medal at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, and requested to organize athlete’s meeting in the capital with dignity.

The mayor urged the residents of the capital for the preservation of law and order, peace and stability in the city to strengthen cooperation with representatives of the power structures of the country.

He also pointed out to encourage one-time cash award to all women – the janitors of the city, which monitor the purity in Dushanbe.

Recall that D. Nazarov is currently in Poland at international competitions in hammer throwing and will come home via Istanbul on August 26.
