President of Tajikistan, the head of government Emomali Rahmon on August 22 held a regular government meeting.
At the meeting were approved and submitted for consideration of Majlisi Namoyandagon Majlisi Oli a number of draft laws including the draft Law of the RT on amendments and additions to the Tax code of the law “On modification and additions in the law “On joint stock companies”, law “On modification and additions in the law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On securities market”, law “On amendments and additions to the criminal code of the Republic of Tajikistan”, law “On modification and additions in the Code about administrative offences, the law “On modification and additions in the law “On national security bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan”, law “On modification and additions in the Code of execution of criminal sentences and the law “On amendments and additions to the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan”, reports the press service of the head of state.
The Parliament has also examined a draft of Investment agreement between the government of the Republic of Tajikistan and limited liability company “Henan Chun – the holding Group” of China on the modernization and exploitation of the enterprises for the production of ammonia and carbamide in the city of Sarband of Khatlon region on the basis of Open joint-stock company “Nitrogen”.
Another drafts have been also reviewed at the meeting: the draft resolutions of the government of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the offer of Majlis people”s deputies of Vakhdat city on renaming of some settlements”, “On the forecast of macroeconomic indicators of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2017-2019”, “On typical regulations of the institutions of sport in the Republic of Tajikistan and the norms of the monetary allowances in the field of sport”, “the Plan of measures on realization of the concept of development of social services system in the Republic of Tajikistan” On the Procedure of pension payment to pensioners located in the state stationary social service institutions on full state support”, “On Rules of carrying out obligatory medical examination of persons entering into marriage,” “On organizing State acceptance Commission on commissioning of the phase of the Shagon-Zigar (phase 3) of the road Kulob-Kalaikhum and amendments and supplements to a number of other draft laws.
Emomali Rahmon gave concrete instructions and guidance to Cabinet members, the heads of all agencies and departments under the government, other state enterprises and institutions regarding the mandatory and timely decisions considered at the Cabinet meeting issues, other important and pressing problems of society, including thorough preparation to worthily celebrate the 25th anniversary of the State independence of the Republic and improving socio-economic indicators of the country, the performance indicators of the transport sector, industry, agriculture, agricultural fairs throughout the country, development of crafts, exhibitions of handmade carpets, wide propaganda of the national costumes of satin and adras, selling them, preparing of all educational institutions to the knowledge Day, lighting of avenues, main streets, parks and squares of cities and regions, as well as raise the cultural level of citizens.
