The county’s court of I. Somoni district has sentenced Dushanbe resident Muzafarov Dilovar to 6 years and 6 months of imprisonment under article 32 (Preparation for crime and attempted ) and 401 (Mercenary)for trying to join the ranks of the terrorist organization "Islamic state".  

As reports the press center of the Prosecutor General of Tajikistan, the convicted from December 2014 to May this year was in labor migration in the city of Novosibirsk. At the call of two compatriots on the 4th of May he wanted to fly from Moscow to Istanbul and from there to Syria in order to join the ranks of ISIL. At the Moscow airport "Vnukovo" Muzafarov Dilovar was detained by the employees of special services of Russia and was handed over to Tajikistan.
