Dushanbe authorities organize New Year agricultural fairs

The Dushanbe mayor’s office is organizing tend-day agricultural fairs in the city on the occasion of New Year holiday.

The fairs will open on December 20 and will run through December 30, according to the Dushanbe mayor’s office press center.  

Tojikmatlubot (Tajik cooperative societies’ union) and the Agency for State Material Reserves will organize fairs at the Mehrgon bazaar (Oytakht-90) and outside the building of the Committee for Construction and Architecture. 

Farmers from the Khatlon province will present their goods at these markets.  

Besides, farmers from the Khatlon province will also present their goods at the far that will be organized in Friendship of People’s Park.

Farmers from Tojikobod, Rasht, Sangvor and Nourodbod districts (Rasht Valley) will present their goods at the fair that will be organized at Khovaron bazaar.   

Farmers from Vahdat Township, the districts of Fayzobod and Lakhsh as well as Tojikmatlubot will present their goods at the fair that will be organized at the Qariyai Bolo bazaar.  

Farming units from Hisor, Tursunzoda, Roudaki and Shahrinav districts will present their goods at the fair that will be organized at the Yovar bazar.
