This was noted at a forum of representatives of business communities of Tajikistan and France that took place here on Aril 18.

The forum that was held in a B2B format was attended by Mr. Farrukh Hamralizoda, Chairman of the State Committee on Investment and State-owned Property Management (GosKomInvest) of Tajikistan, and Mr. Mr. Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne, Secretary of State to the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France.

The meeting focused on issues related to establishment of cooperation between businesspeople of the two countries, according to the GosKomInvest press center.

According to official statistical data of Tajikistan, the two-way trade between Tajikistan and France last year valued at only some 17 million U.S. dollars, which was three times more than in 2017.
