As of the evening of September 21, the total number of people infected with coronavirus in Tajikistan has reached 9 thousand 388 people, reported by the country's Ministry of Health.

This is 42 people more than the previous day.

The number of people who recovered increased by almost the same amount – there were 8 152 of them, which is 44 people more than on Sunday evening.

The number of victims of COVID-19 remains unchanged – 73 people.

According to Johns Hopkins University, the number of people infected with coronavirus infection on the morning of September 21 in the world exceeded 30.9 million people, of which more than 959, 2 thousand died.

According to WHO Regional Director Hans Kluge, "people are tired of the pandemic, and today we need to be flexible and move from strict prohibitions and restrictions to finding new solutions".
