There are cases of coronavirus infection among children in the country, but no deaths have been recorded, a reliable source told Asia-Plus in the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of Tajikistan.

According to the source, the number of patients with coronavirus among minors is small. At the same time, he did not say the exact number.

The source denied rumors that there are a lot of children with coronavirus symptoms in hospitals.

As of the evening of September 24, the total number of people infected with coronavirus in Tajikistan has reached 9,520 people, reported by the country's Ministry of Health.

This is 45 people more than the previous day.

During the day, the number of deaths has not changed – there are 74 people.
