Heating season begins in Dushanbeон. Dushanbe CHP – 2 resumed operation on October 6, but until now it has been producing only electricity.

In just a day, the Dushanbe-2 CHP produced 350 megawatts of electricity, the city administration reported.

According to the source, heat will be supplied to apartments in some microdistricts of the city tonight. Which microdistricts they are – the source did not say.

“All houses and businesses in the city that are connected to the central heating system will receive heat over the next few days,” he said.

CHP Dushanbe-1, which runs on Uzbek natural gas, will also start working in the coming days.

The last heating season began in the third decade of October 2019 and ended in mid-March of this year.
