The COVID-19 pandemic in Tajikistan is part of the worldwide pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).  The virus was confirmed to have spread to Tajikistan when its index cases, in Dushanbe and Khujand, were confirmed on April 30, 2020.

The coronavirus COVID-19 is affecting 215 countries and territories around the world and 2 international conveyances.

Meanwhile, the fall surge in Covid-19 infections reportedly added nearly half a million cases to the US national total in just one week.  As Covid-19 cases continue to surge in the United States, American physician and immunologist Dr. Anthony Fauci said the country may not return to normalcy until 2022, according to CNN.  The US federal government said it will pay for any future coronavirus vaccine for all Americans.

Multiple European countries are reporting record Covid-19 numbers.  France and Germany announced new lockdowns in an effort to curb the virus' spread.
