The Dushanbe flour milling plant has re-launched its operations after 30 years of being idle.

An official reopening ceremony of the plant that took place on December 16 was attended by President Emomali Rahmon and Dushanbe Mayor Rustam Emomali, according to the Tajik president’s official website.
