In 20 km südöstlich von Khoron town soll das Wasserkraftproject Sebzor neu gebaut werden. Die Bau- und Lieferleistungen zur Errichtung des Neubaus werden in zwei Lose ausgeschrieben (Bau- und Stahlwasserbaumaßnahmen und die elektromechanische Ausrüstung). Unabhängige und erfahrende Unternehmen sind eingeladen sich am Präqualifikationsverfahren zu beteiligen. Das Projekt wird durch die KFW finanziert.

Prequalification

Project Measures:

Pamir Energy plans to build the 11 MW Sebzor HPP run-of-river small hydropower scheme on the Shokhdara River in Roshtqala districts of VMKB in Tajikistan. The project is located about 20 kilometres south–east from the regional centre of Khorog Town.

The hydropower project consists of a 3.1 km long GRP penstock, surge arrangements and steel penstocks feeding into a powerhouse with three vertical Francis generating units with an installed capacity of about 3 x 3.7 MW and a 110kV / 35 kV switchyard. The plant net head is about 120 m and the chosen plant design discharge is set to 10.5 m³/s resulting in an estimated generation potential of about 94.5 GWh annually.

Requested Services:

For the realisation of the Sebzor HPP Pamir Energy, as the Project Executing Agency (PEA), is inviting suitably qualified and experienced contractors to participate in the tender for the award of contract for the implementation of civil and hydraulic steel works for the Project. It is foreseen to realise the Project on split contract basis i.e. (1) Civil/Hydraulic steel Works Contract, and (2) Electrical and Mechanical Works Contract.

The Civil/Hydraulic steel works will be guided by the FIDIC RED/PINK book.

This invitation relates to the Civil & Hydraulic Works Contract.

General the duties for the Civil & Hydraulic Steel Works include:

  1. Engineering, detailed design and construction drawings of civil engineering works and geological investigation works
  2. River diversion
  3. Roads and landscaping works
  4. Site Installations
  5. Weir (Spillway)
  6. Intake Structure, Flushing Sluices
  7. Fish Bypass
  8. Headrace penstocks and surge tank arrangements (construction of a tunnel might be also required)
  9. Powerhouse
  10. Tailrace channel
  11. Access bridges
  12. Co-ordination with Electrical and Mechanical Works Contractor
  13. Follow international safety and environmental standards
