The Tajik authorities are allotting a parcel of land for construction of one more modern hotel in the Tajik capital.  

The new hotel will be constructed in the northwest part of Dushanbe in the framework of the project on construction of a multifunctional high-rise.

By government’s resolution about 1 hectare of territory of the Javonon Cultural and Entertainment Park will be handed over to the construction company Elit-Servis-Stroy (Elite Construction Service) for construction of a multifunctional tower block housing a modern hotel.  

The Javonon Cultural and Entertainment Park is located in an area between VDNKh (the Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy) and the Campus of Tajik National University, known locally as Jazeera (Islet). 

0.69 hectare of lawns and 0.24 hectare of parkways of the Javonon Park will be allotted to Elit-Servis-Stroy Company for implementation of the project.  

According to information posted on the company’s website, Elit-Servis-Stroy Limited Liability Company was established in 2007 and it is one of the deserved leaders of the country’s construction market for already ten years.  

There is no information about founders of Elit-Servis-Striy LLC.
