According to the press service of the mayor's office in Dushanbe, since August 29, not a single case of human infection with coronavirus infections has been recorded in the capital.

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection reports that in Tajikistan on September 12, not a single case of human infection with coronavirus infections was recorded.

In general, from the beginning of registration until September 13, 17084 cases of coronavirus infection were registered in the country, of which 16953 people have been cured to date. 124 people died from this disease.

This is according to official data, according to unofficial – the number of cases and deaths is much higher.

Since the end of March, 4 million 861 thousand 540 vaccines against coronavirus infection have been delivered to Tajikistan.

By yesterday, 2 million 168 thousand 537 citizens of Tajikistan over 18 years old (37.2%) received the first dose of vaccines, 1 million 278 thousand 240 citizens of the country received both doses of the vaccine, the press service of the mayor's office of Dushanbe reports.

In Dushanbe, the first dose of the vaccine was administered to 606 thousand 885 (97.0%) citizens, both doses – to 390 thousand 416 (62.4%) residents of Dushanbe.
