The number of Tajiks holding Russian securities increased by 23% in the second quarter of this year.

The Central Bank of Russia published data on the citizens of which countries invest in the Russian securities market through local brokers.

The total number of such investors (individuals) by the end of June this year with total assets in the amount of 25.8 billion rubles amounted to 18.8 thousand people. At the same time, in the second quarter of this year, their number increased by more than a thousand people, or by 6%.

The leaders among countries in terms of the number of such investors were the states of the post-Soviet space: Belarus (4.9 thousand people), Kazakhstan (2.7 thousand), Uzbekistan (2.3 thousand), Ukraine (2 thousand), Kyrgyzstan (1 .4 thousand), Tajikistan (1.1 thousand).
