Contract Title:  Construction of 27km of 35kV transmission line from Surkhsangov to Tekharv villages in Vanj District, GBAO, Tajikistan

Reference No. (as per Procurement Plan): TJ-PE-27/2022-WO-NCB

1. The Republic of Tajikistan, OJSC “Pamir Energy Company” has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Rural Electrification Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of 27km of 35kV transmission line from Surkhsangov to Tekharv villages in Vanj District, GBAO, Tajikistan

2. The OJSC “Pamir Energy Company” now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Construction of 27km of 35kV transmission line from Surkhsangov to Tekharv villages in Vanj District, GBAO, Tajikistan

3.         Bidding will be conducted through the National  Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers  dated July 2016, revised November 2017, August 2018  and November 2020 (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

4.         Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 09:00 – 17:00 (Dushanbe time) from Monday to Friday at the address#1 given below.

5.         Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 14H00 March 17, 2023. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ Designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address #2 below.

6.         Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security. Bid Security required amount makes:

USD 3400.00 (three thousand four hundred)
