Iran's international textile exhibition kicked off in the capital Tehran on Sunday with the participation of textile companies from 11 countries and regions, IRNA reported on October 15. 

Iranian media reports say some 160 domestic companies and 180 foreign companies from Germany, Italy, Taiwan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, South Korea, Turkey, India, Japan, Spain and China joined the 29th IRANTEX International Exhibition that runs until October 18 at the Tehran Permanent International Fairgrounds, showcasing their latest products and achievements in this edition of the exhibition.

Textile machinery, spare parts, sewing and embroidery machines, as well as different textiles, are exhibited at the event.

Fifteen scientific workshops and two specialized conferences are also being held during the exhibition.

This exhibition reportedly aims to provide the visitors and exhibitors to be familiar with the latest technologies and developments of the related industries. Stay with us to find out all you need to know about the IRANTEX 2023 exhibition.

Also on Sunday, the 11th International Apparel Exhibition and the 10th International Exhibition of Footwear, Bag, Leather, and Related Industries also took place at the same venue, according to Tasnim news agency.
