DUSHANBE, November 12, 2015, Asia-Plus – A Tajik national, who died after falling from a seven-meter overpass at Moscow’s Vnukovo Airport, was not a Wahhabi,

The incident took place yesterday, around 6:36 pm Moscow time.
According to

, police stopped the man for checking the documents after which a citizen of Tajikistan asked them where he could buy an air ticket. The man accompanied by police officers to the air ticket booking offices suddenly jumped from the overpass.
He reportedly sustained injuries incompatible with life and died on the spot. The man was identified as Khurshed Otambekov, 26.
Some media outlets have reckoned him among Wahhabis after a prayer book was found in his pocket, but the Russian Interior Ministry Transportation Police Directorate denied any speculation that the man was a Wahhabi and could be involved in terrorist organizations.
