Oisha Mirzoyeva, sister of the convict for life imprisonment of Gaffor Mirzoyev Told "AP" that she intends on Saturday to go to the human rights commissioner Zarif Alizoda with a request to find out what is happening to her brother.
"After Gaffor Mirzoyev went on a hunger strike in prison, there is no information about him. That worries me. On Saturday I will go to the Ombudsman, he promised to meet with my brother and learn about him, – she says.
Also, according to her in the Justice Ministry, she was informed that they were considering the request of Gaffor Mirzoyev to reconsider his case.

But after I received a call from the remand prison on July 26 (those sentenced to life imprisonment serve their sentence in the remand prison), and reported that my brother went on a hunger strike because of the authorities' reluctance to review his case, I'm not sure that he is doing well. Then they told me that he had allegedly been transferred to the punishment cell, "she said.
Meanwhile, according to Oisha Mirzoyeva, a person who has served more than 10 years has the right by law to talk to children by phone, write letters to relatives and another one (in total, three) a year. About all this she also wants to talk with Zarif Alizoda.
