Emomali Rahmon welcomed the new ambassadors, wishing them success in their assignment of taking their countries’ relations with Tajikistan to new heights.

President Rahmon, in particular, noted that Turkmenistan was one of important partners of Tajikistan within the CIS area and expressed confidence that his forthcoming visit to Ashgabat would give a new impulse to further expansion of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.
