By president’s decree issued on February 14 Ms. Shirin Ismatullozoda was appointed Deputy Prime Minister in charge of social issues.
Shirin Ismatullozoda was born on March 14, 1970 in the Hisor district. She has scientific decree of Doctor of Sciences in Philology.
She has two specialties: philologist and lawyer. In 1992, Ismatullozoda graduated from the Faculty of Tajik Philology at Tajik National University (on a full-time basis) and in 2011, she graduated from the Faculty of Law at Tajik National University (correspondence department).
From September 2015 to February 14, 2020, Shirin Ismatullozoda served as Director of the Teachers’ Training College in Dushanbe.
Prior to this, she served as Pro-Rector of Tajik State Institute of Languages named after Sotim Ulughzoda from 2014 to September 2015.
From 2012 to 2014, she headed the “Education and Culture” published at the Ministry of Education.
From 2009 to 2012, Ismatullozoda served as head of the Science and Technical Innovations Directorate at Tajik National University.
From 2002 to 2009, Shirin Ismatullozoda served as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Tajik Philology at Tajik National University.
From 1992 to 2006, she had worked with the Department of History of Language and Typology, the Faculty of Tajik Philology at Tajik National University.
