The US government promises a reward of up to $ 3 million for the information about the runaway ex-commander of riot squad of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan Gulmurod Halimov.
As reported the Deputy assistant Secretary of the USA Kurt R. Rice on August 30 in the course of audiobriefing, Halimov after his flight made a propaganda video, confirming that he is fighting for ISIL. He has publicly called for violent struggle against U.S. citizens.
"The US government under the program "Reward for justice" offers a reward of up to $ 3 million for information on the Halimov. Complete confidentiality is guaranteed, if necessary, the informant can change the residence," – said assistant Secretary of state.
He also added that Halimov is considered as one of the key leaders of ISIL. Rice noted that Halimov was given special trainings to prevent terrorist attacks in the United States, Tajikistan and a number of other partner countries.
