A suicide bomber, who carried out the attack in the Embassy of China in Bishkek, had a passport in the name of the citizen of Tajikistan Zoir Khalilov, reported media citing the press service of the State Committee for national security (SCNS) of Kyrgyzstan.
The report said that the terrorist attack on the 30th of August in the Chinese Embassy in Kyrgyzstan made a member of the "Islamic movement of East Turkestan" by the order of the operating in Syria Uighur terrorist groups associated with the "Dzhabhat an Nusra" group.

It is noted that a native of Osh Izzatillo Sattybaev, who has passed terrorist training in Syria and arrived in Kyrgyzstan on the 16th of June with the passport of Tajik citizen, is wanted now.
"Customers of the attack, according to the investigation, are the operating in Syria Uighur terrorist groups, affiliated with the terrorist organization “Jabhat an Nusra”, the emissaries of which through the leader of the international terrorist organization "Jamaat Tauhid va Jihad” "Abu Saloha" (Sirojiddin Mukhtarov, born in 1971, native of Kashkar-Kyshtak village of Kara-Suy district, is on the international wanted list) set the task before the executing to organize a terrorist attack against the Embassy of China in Kyrgyzstan and financed this terrorist action", – it is spoken in the message.
According to the SCNS of the KR, on the morning of August 30 a suicide bomber on bomb car rammed the gates of the Chinese Embassy and carried out the explosion. According to preliminary data, in the result of attack two citizens of Kyrgyzstan were slightly injured.
