The President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon today in the morning in Dushanbe has opened a new building of Russian-Tajik (Slavonic) University.
The construction of the building began in 2012. It consists of three five-storey buildings. For the construction of the new RTSU building was spent 43 million somoni. Now in high school will be able to study more than one thousand students, reports the press service of the head of state.
Since the formation of the RTSU in 1996, in this higher education institution has been prepared over 20 thousand specialists in various fields. Emomali Rahmon called on students of the RTSU to study professions that are in demand today in the labor market. He expressed satisfaction with the cooperation of Tajikistan and Russia in the fields of politics, economy, trade, investment, education, science and culture, defense.
