DUSHANBE, October 6, 2008, Asia-Plus — The next 15th session of the Dushanbe legislature (Majlis) will be held on October 16.
According to Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor, chairmen of Dushanbe’s districts and heads of relevant municipal services will report on the work done to ensure the regular work of the city’s economy during autumn-winter 2008-2009.
The session will also hear reports on the current sanitary situation in the city and the progress of work on improvement of the city and provision of the population with safe drinking water.
