President of Croatia Stjepan Mesic is to arrive in Ashgabat this evening on the first official visit.
In the course of the high level talks in Ashgabat, the sides will discuss a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation in political, economic and cultural spheres as well as issues of international politics of mutual interest, the Turkmen State News Agency (TDH) said.
This will be the third meeting of the two presidents in recent years. Earlier, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Stjepan Mesic met in
New York
as part of the 62nd UNGA as well as at the NATO summit in
Bucharest
in April this year.
