DUSHANBE, October 14, 2014 Asia-Plus — The Ministry of Transport of Tajikistan (MoT) seeks cooperation with Austrian companies in constructing bridges and other transportation infrastructure in Tajikistan.

An official source at a MoT says this issue was discussed in Dushanbe today at a meeting of senior representatives of the ministry with a group of Austrian entrepreneurs.

According to him, the meeting was focused on construction of bridges in Tajikistan and Austrian entrepreneurs provided detailed information about their experience in constructing bridge.

“Senior representatives of the ministry stated that Tajikistan is ready for cooperation with Austrian companies in the field of transportation and invited Austrian entrepreneurs to participate in tenders for construction of bridges and other transportation infrastructure in Tajikistan,” the source said.
